I believe it is .08% in all states now due to NHTSA's efforts.

This is for California:

23136(a) VC- establishes .01% for minors under 21 years of age. Zero tolerance violation.

23140(a) VC- establishes .05% for minors under 21, This is a juvenile DUI.

23152(b) VC- establishes .08% limit for adults over 21 years of age.

23152(d) VC establishes .04% limit for drivers of commercial vehicles.

Wisconsin is at .08bac, however, I am a truck driver with a Commercial Drivers LIcense, so no matter what I am driving, I am considered legally intoxicated at .04 and Under the Influence at anything over 0.0

Even in my personal vehicle.
