What is the max fps on a PCS US5, and a Tippmann Alpha Black?

I want to know how fast these guns are, because i'm a sniper for a paintball team, and I want to have a comparison.

If you are a sniper for a paintball team, FPS should not be a major concern. Turning up the FPS on any marker will cause the paint to curve and be less accurate. A good FPS range would be 280-290, the balls will go just as far, be the most accurate, and will not break field rules. I would go with the tippman.
