no one over 200-220 should ride a skateboard....any skateboard or blank deck that you can get at a local skateshop or mail order are usually pretty decent decks...go buy anything from walmart or toys r us...all that **** is garbage.

if its acually a good skateboard it holds 100 pounds per ply (layer) and usualy there is about seven plys so figure it holds about 700 pound there are also some 8 plys u could get but at the most u should probably be about 200-30 and no more.and i would get a girl deck or a dgk deck but i wouldnt recommend getting a blank deck but some are ok.
