What is the maximum amount of silica I can take in a day?

I am trying to grow my hair back very quickly after a bad haircut and heard silica is the best way to do this. What is the maximum amount daily for best results?

She's right that you should go by the recommended dose on the bottle... but also, Silica won't make your hair grow faster.

Silica (and Biotin) are both great nutrients for the health of your hair, skin, and nails... but they won't make any of them grow faster unless there was some nutritional deficiency that was causing them to grow slower (which is pretty rare). Silica WILL help your new hair to grow stronger, but not faster... besides, taking too much Silica could actually hurt you.

If you've got a bad haircut, the only way to fix it is to have it cut again correctly (which many salons will do a "redo/correction" free within X amount of time if they messed up) or to let it grow out so the bad haircut doesn't show. Good luck!

Silicea (silicic acid) is a part of all connective tissue cells as well as those of the hair, nails and skin..... a deficiency or imbalance can be the cause of poor memory, falling hair and ribbed, ingrowing nails .......  so simply eat more whole grain breads and cereals if you can tolerate wheat and you should get the normal requirement for this tissue salt......  a recommended daily intake has not been established ...  the richest source of a nutrient will always be in the whole food form and will be easier for your body to assimilate (to use).
