  1. no signs?  two way stop for the crossing street?  you have a yield sign?...............okay, I know you can't see, so observe who has the "right of way" at that particular intersection, and even if you do have the "right of way", you still cannot see, so slow down anyway to LOOK and make sure you can proceed safely.......and check your rear view mirror to see that no one runs into you when you do slow down......

If you meant "uncontrolled" intersection......a three or four way intersection with NO SIGNS for anyone, then I would suggest you slow down to about 10 mph, covering your brake, scan well and you may have to give the other guy the "right of way", because you never have that "right of way" unless it's given to you.

I hope that answers your question.

  2. A little common sense here: go slow enough so that you can stop in time to avoid an accident if some idiot comes blazing across the other side at 100 miles per hour. Don't rely on specific MPH numbers.

  3. 15 mph

  4. Idk! I cant see the sign.

  5. 12mph.......
