It is complete gross pacakge that a organisation pay you in form of money and kind for working for the organisation.

U can always mention ur CTC whenever u apply for a new job.

But u need to have the experience of working earlier.

CTC means Cost to Company. However this could be different for different companies. For example - Some companies may not include cost of communication (Telephone/ Mobile etc) - As this cost is incurred for the purpose of the organizations' business and not for personal use. Therefore, while analyzing the actual CTC one needs to understand the break down. I would advise that all costs incurred towards carrying out business duties for the company are not included as a CTC and paid separately by the company - either directly to the service providers or as a reimbursement to the employer.
