What is the meaning of Seiha? (teaching method)?

I need to know the meaning of Seiha. Is it s.e.i.h.a I know it's a teaching method but I'm not sure of the word. Do you know what I mean?

Seiha is a real teaching method and i practice it. It stands for Stupid Elf Idiots Have Aids (SEIHA)
