  1. conservation means protecting wild life aswell as saving environment in a traditional way

  2. conservation is saving something or preservening it carefully or preventing it carefully or taking care of some thing for a long term.

  3. Conservation, sustainable use and protection of natural resources including plants, animals, mineral deposits, soils, clean water, clean air, and fossil fuels such as coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Natural resources are grouped into two categories, renewable and nonrenewable. A renewable resource is one that may be replaced over time by natural processes, such as fish populations or natural vegetation, or is inexhaustible, such as solar energy. The goal of renewable resource conservation is to ensure that such resources are not consumed faster than they are replaced. Nonrenewable resources are those in limited supply that cannot be replaced or can be replaced only over extremely long periods of time. Nonrenewable resources include fossil fuels and mineral deposits, such as iron ore and gold ore. Conservation activities for nonrenewable resources focus on maintaining an adequate supply of these resources well into the future.

  4. Wiser use of the resources of life

    like water,energy,food,air,water etc,with

    adequate behavioural policies and

    activities enables the survival and

    secured future for mankind,and all.

The safer concern for using and  the

management of all our activities in

intelligent way to save them ,is called

    CONSERVATION. It depends upon

    the needful considerations and well

    measures of community health

guidelines for oneself and to all.

  5. Conservation is the protection and maintenance of nature while allowing for its ecologically sustainable use.

  6. Conservation is a practical, caring, tangible concern for places, buildings, structures, amd landscape, leading to an appreciation of and an attraction for appearance, character, personality, atmosphere, scale and form got it my frd...

  7. Conservation is the wise use of a resource.

Preservation is the NON use of a resource.

  8. When people fix what other people destroy.

  9. To use something under its limits or on the basis of our requirements.

  10. the meaning of conservation is to get the output equal to the input .

  11. preservation of the natural environment

  12. preservation and wise use of resources

  13. To conserve.

  14. maintain in its original or existing state. Ø keep alive (a memory or quality).simply it means wise and judicious use and saving!!!!!1

  15. Use of pressure cooker for cooking to conserve time and fuel.

Switching off the source switch instead of using only remote, to conserve electricity. Switch off the engine of your vehicle if you have to wait for more than 2 min at a signal or traffic jam. Carrying a carry bag to the shop instead of asking for a plastic bag at the shop. etc etc. In short you are doing all your regular work but, the bills will be lighter than before!

  16. Very simple-as per environmental rules, conservation is nothing but saving something from complete destruction. or preservation of something and using it wisely.

  17. Conservation is a method of protecting the non-renewable sources & to use them judiciously.Conservation can also be called as judicious use of natural resources so as they last longer & create a sustainable process for their utilization.Conservation as a technique can be applied to environmental protection, soil & water source protection.

It is quiet often said that when conservation fails pollution starts.

  18. conservation means using the resources in a wise manner so that besides meeting the present requirement it also takes care of the future generations.if each individual starts conserving natural resources in the best way possible we can soon build a beautiful world.

Voice your desire to make change. As a consumer, you have more voice in change than that of a conversationalist. The collective voice affects change. Get involved as an organized group and leverage change with mass.

Example, Major corporations are consuming Drinking water every day to manufacture Paint, yes, paint, 30% of every gallon is drinking water. The quality of recycled water is not only safe for human and environment, it's actually one of the most inefficiently recycled renewable resource there is. Why would we expend our most precious of natural resources like this. Why, because Big Business has the spigot, they simply say the public wouldn't buy it because of the stigma attached to 'Recycled' In short, this industry will consume 1/2 a billion gallons every year. This industry went through major changes to reduce their use of Hazardous solvents to reduce their VOC emmissions. They were forced to re-formulate with safer water-borne-reducible and based products. It was Mandated by the regulatory agencies. And this industry fought tooth and nail to do it. In short, we ended up increasing the use of drinking water exponentially. The regulatory agencies failed to integrate all the components found critical to environmental sustainability, we left out drinking water.

Use your voice and speak up collectively. support these efforts and let big business know you would buy their products made with recycled water. And, let them know you won't buy it if it's not, someone is going to conform to the mass. Some smaller companies are starting now.

Emphasize the power of the collective voice.

Although each individual can take actions, the only way to really conserve resources is for the entire world/country to act. So the most impact an individual can have is to put their energy and ingenuity to work in the political process to elect leaders of government who will enact wise policies to conserve resources effectively.

I truly have faith in humanity and believe that someday our lives and world will truly be transformed for the better.

RECYCLE: You can recycle bottles, cans, paper, clothes...

CONSERVE ELECTRICITY: Turn off the lights or the computer or something to conservre.

USE RECHARGEABLE ITEMS: like rechargeable batteries instead of normal batteries.

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR SO MUCH: You can walk or use you bike more, or al least use public transport.

Focus on the differences the individual can make, as opposed to what he/she cannot do alone. Include the actual physical environmental impact, as well as potential social impact. Individuals act on principal as opposed to giving in to societal expectations.

We must all avoid use of plastic bags and other plastic utility items because they are the main cause of choking of earth if not recycled properly. I feel those days were much better when paper bags were used for all purposes. I feel so sorry to see not only drains but rivers choked with plastic bags and materials. If you could make people aware of this and make them change their attitude it would be your greatest contribution. And one more thing planting of more and more trees is also another contribution for preservation of the earth so as to make it available in a better form not only for ourselves but also for our coming generations. All Good Wishes !!

    use bio-degradeable pproducts

    con = together; servere = to guard;

when we use a resources we should use it carefully.

when something is useful - no one can impose a ban on it -

    such resources should be conserved.

    CONSERVATION IS JUDICIOUS USE

    CONSERVATION IS USE AND EXPLOITATION

    CONSERVATION RATIONAL EXPLOITATION

CONSERVATION IS WISE USE OF RESOURCEs

We should follow some ground rules like avoiding wastage of Water, Power and the natural resources which are at our disposal. If we stop taking mother nature for granted and make a much needed effort to stop wastage and use them carefully and with responsibility, we can bring about some change.

Energy and product choices and personal actions have direct and indirect economic, social, and environmental impacts. Population also has in important role. As the world’s population increases from 6 billion people to 9 billion people, how do you think that will impact a country’s total ecological footprint?

Ecological impacts can be estimated by calculating the ecological footprint.

Ecological impact can be reduced by choosing to conserve energy, to increase energy efficiency, and to prevent pollution.

A sustainable future depends on informed personal choices and actions, the efficient use and conservation of energy and resources, the use of renewable energy sources whenever possible, and the development of new environmentally friendly technologies and government policies.

I have to tell you that this role playing over being a conscientious conservationist to save energy is really taking an arrogant position in the Universe. Anything that has mass, has stored energy, and GOD has given us the capacity to reason. We should use our brains to better man-kind, and in doing so use the available resources and not to squander them by this extravagance thinking.

Our role should be to discover new resources that we can use to better man-kind. We have no role in the conservation of resources unless you think that you can save the Earth, which is all but a fallacy. The earth will survive, like it has for billions of years. We can not change its fate.
