  1. There are no domains with all caps.  If someone links in all caps that's fine, but the internet doesn't work in caps.  For example, you couldn't register YAHOO.com or yAhOo.com tomorrow.  You COULD register y4ho0.com though, because even though it looks like yahoo, A is represented by a 4, and the last O is a zero.  Domain names are not case sensitive.
