  1. remember you only live once so live it to the fullest!

  2. take the rough with the smooth. learn by mistakes but never be regretful because everyone has a choice and the choices you make at a particular time in your life was obviously the one that felt right at the time. your family and friends are meaningful in life as well.

how do we improve our life? in my opinion its striving to do the best you can, make the most of your own life by determination and drive.

  3. to worship god

    from where i get this

    i m a muslim:)

  4. Maybe there's not an actual 'meaning' at all, maybe there's just a purpose?  Look at it this way: there's no "meaning" to flowers or trees but they do have lots of purposes and there are so many good things that come from them.

I think life is a journey, you learn good things and bad things but most of all you learn how to do it your own way.  You can improve your lot in life by giving time and energy to the things in it, like family, friends, anything you're passionate about - travel, gardening, career, whatever.  I believe you get out what you put in.

  5. The only apparent reason for life is to produce more life. Since we've been overdoing it for the last few hundred years there would appear to be no meaning to life at all.

  6. I struggled with the question for a long time and know that you are not alone in your search for an answer. Despite the advancements of humanity we are more depressed than ever and we can't see how things will really improve. In past generation, there was a sense with improvements of technology and science, we would have easier, happy lives.

However, our desires for fulfillment have grown right along with all the developments of society.

We exist in a larger system of nature, where we are all connected. The law that governs this higher nature is 100% bestowal or unconditional giving and we stand opposite this system, as 100% reception. All of the suffering we experience in life is a result of this disparity of form. This suffering is purposeful, it wants us, out of our "free will" to desire to equalize with this quality of bestowal. This "end" is already in place but our choice is how we realize it. Either through the path of pain or the path of light. About a year ago, after many years of searching, I started to study the path of life and my life has completely changed. I have found great meaning and purpose in my life.

"If you listen to your heart to one famous question, I am sure that all of your doubts as to whether you should study Kabbalah will vanish without a trace.

This question is a bitter and fair one, asked by all born on earth: "What is the meaning of my life?"

Here is a short video clip that introduced me to the study:
