Haha, when it's only the little finger and thumb it's "hang loose" or "rock on". When it's those as well as the index finger too it means "I love you".

This IS sign language for 'I Love You'. 'Hang Loose' is using just the thumb and little finger.

The "I Love You" sign is probably the best known American Sign Language sign. The sign blends the hand shapes for the letters I, L and Y into one hand shape.

It is also "Airplane" if you move it horizontally like an airplane flying.
