What is the meaning of this heat wave?

is something gonna happen to earth or something, last night, a power serge went off in my house, then there are plenty of thunder and lighting, the heat is too strong, in the news, i seen a river that was 3 ft. above its usual height...whats going on?

This is the Earth.  We have a little thing called weather here.  It happens every year in different parts of the country and the world.  Stop watch the news and believing their "the sky is falling" mentality.

I really have no idea what's going on. Every time something "unusal or freaky" happens I blame it on global warming. Last thursday it was BEAUTIFUL out, 82 degrees. Then Friday until today (Tuesday) its been 95 degrees with a REAL FEEL temp of 105. its INSANE!! I hate it. I really have no REAL answer for you tho. Just wanted to let you know that ur not alone in wondering what the heck's happening. hahahah
