modern english:

No pretty woman is stupid, because her stupidity will make her more attractive to men.

i don't get it

In this case, stupidity is in the eye of the beholder.  If you look upon a beautiful woman and her beauty is the main cause of your love for her...you will be unable to see her other faults.  Even if she said something blatantly stupid, you would believe her to be joking or you would believe that her actions were "just so cute".

    Look at Nick Lachay and Jessica Simpson.  She said some real doozies while they were married (and before).


  2. Men generally feel threatened and/or intimidated by an intelligent, beautiful woman...especially in the past, or old fashioned men.

    It's better now, but not by much.

    Men still prefer women that are easilly "manageable"

    ( dominated), and smart women don't let that happen, since they have developped a mind of their own.
