Initial time is total time given at move 1(or 0).  Incremental time is  time give for each move after that.

If your time setting is 15  30 you have 15 mins. and 30 sec.

     when it is your turn and you take 15 secs. to move your time remaining is 15 mins. and 15 secs.  , when it is your turn again and you move in 50 secs. then your remaining time would be 14 mins. and 55 secs. and so on.
