  1. its called national capital region..

    includes area upto 100KM around delhi..

    including part of haryana(sonepat, rohtak, gurgoan, mainly)

    UP(ghaziyabad, noida) even some part of rajsthan.

    however when we consider telecom circles NCR is delhi, noida, gzb, gurgoan, bahadurgarh. this is coventionally understood as NCR.
