What is the medicin for my arican love birds please help me.....?

I have 5 pairs of african love birds. Out that two birds eyes closed by extra skin ( it looks in skin colour) Now it lost its vision. Its started to spread to others. For the two more birds in the white ring small red dots i could see. Please help me for this problems
