Yep, its just called a tilt. Depending on what technique of dance you're doing, there's different ways  to get there, but no matter what technique you're in, its still called a 'tilt'.

is it the one they do also in when i grow up video (the short haired blonde girl) idk but im interested in hearing the answer if no one else gets the answer i would just call it a middle split extension
