Legal age for marriage is 18 or 16 with parental approval.

I think you are getting 14 mixed up with a couple of US states.  No cousins allowed here either!

18 and i did read it in the age, it may be lifted to 21..

It's a shame to think that we (the responsible drinkers) might all have to suffer without alcohol for the actions of the select few dickheads that can't handle their liquor, the pubs and clubs will feel the pinch thats for sure.
