What is the minimum age of a child to join a pre-school/KG in Riyadh? What's the fees of Western preschools?

I mean, my son shall reach the age of 2 years in December 2008 and I may shift to riyadh in Dec. Would like to budget his schooling.

  1. yes 3 and over.. due to diaper issue..and maturity level..

    and she was correct about fees.. just depends on the school..
