What is the minimum age requirement for someone to be a roadie for a band?

By "roadie," I mean a person who unloads equipment such as amplifiers, drums, guitars, microphones, microphone stands, etc., from a truck or other vehicle and sets them up on the stage and does other various tasks.

At least 18. If one is a sibling of another roadie or member of the band as long as it doesn't affect school they can help out too.
