He prob just meant that your too young to have s*x cos uv gota b 16. U can usually get them from the bathroom in the doctor surgery to save yourself the embarrasment. I'm not gona criticise you for wanting to have s*x at 13 cos at least your tryin to be safe!

The guy in your local cola shop is probably referring to the fact that you are too young to be having s*x. s*x is something that comes with a huge deal of responsibility, and on top of that, it's a very emotional interaction, and 13 year olds are probably too young to handle either effectively. You're just entering puberty, if you're not there already, and that in itself is a confusing time in a guy's life, and you don't need to complicate things with the addition of another person who's equally confused as you are. Wait a couple of years before bothering with s*x, by then, you should have matured enough where you can understand and handle the emotions and responsibilities of s*x. If you just want a condom, hopefully for masturbation purposes, there is no age limit, at least here in the US, and I know for a fact that the US is much more prudish when it comes to matters involving s*x, so if that's the case here, it's likely the case in the UK.

Just go to one of the local family planning clinics or a brooke advisory centre (or even your GP surgery) they'll give them to you for free...even if you are 13, although at 13 you really should not be having s*x and you are committing a criminal offence if you have s*x with a girl under the age of 16

There isn't a minimum age limit to but condoms, but many shops don't sell them to people under 16 years of age as it is illegal to have s*x if you under 16. But you can buy them in vending machine in the men's toilets

i mean out of curiosity it's alright to buy a condom and see what it's all about but s*x at your age is illegal and wrong. So do not think about doing it until your at least 18 with some1 you love!

The guy is being stupid and forcing his views on you . Go and buy them elsewhere , most garage forecourts stock them as to all the supermarkets , You cal also get them in mens toilets in the vending machines , but they tend to be more expensive there , even if no one can check your age !!

I'm sorry but your 13 and condoms are normally for the average sized "MAN" you've more thn likely only just started puberty so wearing a condom for you is like a normal guy wearing a foot sock, and I believe the shop owner realises this, and knows that your just going to blow it up and pop it and leave it somewere so he just dont wanna waste good johnnys, my advice do what i did when I was 11 sneak into a working mens pubs go into toilet and get them from there, but if you manage to get your hand into deposit slot and pull the metel tab then they all shoot out and you get loads for FREE!
