What is the minimum age to work at a McDonald's in Texas?

My cousin is 15 going on 16 in a couple of months and his probation officer keeps telling him to get a job.

But no one wants to hire him cause hes 15 so would McDonald's hire cause his mom knows the Manager and the Manager wants to talk to him but he doesn't wanna waste his time cause he thinks that they wont hire him cause hes 15

Well, it sounds like he just doesn't want a job.

He needs to start learning to be a grown up and just go in there and score a job.

If the manager really said he wanted to talk, then I'm sure the manager knows the age laws for hiring.

If he doesn't go and try to get this job, he just doesn't want it.

Anymore they will not hire any one who is not 18 and over..

But if his mom knows him then the Manager may hire anyway..

Where I'm from you have to be 18..

will the truth is I don;t know but I do know that here where I live in Pennsylvinna you only need to be 14 years old to work in Mccdonalds.
