i want to diet. i weigh 130lbs and im 5.4 my goal is 110lbs. i will soon go to the gym but i dont know what food to eat

  1. Eat healthy foods, Green Veggies, Whole grain bread, brown rice, chicken. If its healthy (and you should know what foods are considered "good for you") eat it!

    Dont count calories, eat untill your no longer hungry, if that's 4-5 times a day, GOOD!

    Add in cardio 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes.

  2. I do slimming world and it is great you can eat unlimited amounts of food as long as you have unlimited meat and veg but measure the carbs or unlimited potatoes pasta or rice but measure the protein definitely worth looking into for a healthy eating plan that can help weight loss

  3. you can eat anything, its all about portion control. theres always fasting, you can lose one to four pounds a day by fasting, but be careful that might lead to a binge, and then you'll have to start all over

  5. 1500 calories per day is ok...but if you wanna lose weight, 1200 calories is perfect

  6. Generally going under 1000/day will put your body into starvation mode.  Meaning your metabolism shuts down, and you start to store everything as fat cuz your body thinks it's dying from lack of food :s
