What is the minimum amount of hours for Pell Grant in Summer terms?

I know that will Spring and Fall it is 12 hours minimum. What about per summer term?

  1. You can get a Pell and go part time.  As little as 1 credit hour!!!  

    It won't be as much as if you go full time, but some still get a little money.  The question here is really, "Will I get a Pell if I attend this summer?" and the answer to that will depend on if you used all your Pell eligibility during the Fall 07 and Spring 08.  

    If you did, then you won't get ANY for the summer no matter how many hours you enroll in.  If, (say you sat out one of those semesters), then you would get Pell.

    During the summer 6 hours is considered full time.... but like I said, you can get Pell going part time... it's loans that they limit you to full time or sometimes half time.
