Or you might be under a collective agreement, which you should be able to find on your unions website. If you're a cashier, odds are that'll be the SDA. Hit the national site and go from there. http://www.sda.org.au/

Either way, the award will have details of what you should be getting paid. Some will have lower rates for 16 yo than adults, some will have penalty rates for weekends, it all depends on where you work and when.
