Is this your first time in trouble.? Looking at the charges, first of all the trafficking part is the worst charge, and will carry  3to5 years. If this is your first, maybe 18 months, serving 6mth and on probation for 3 years, good luck!!!

yikes, i'm not a lawyer but trafficking has a heavy penalty. guessing, 10 yrs on the trafficking alone...

First offense you will do some jail time with probation (alot of it).

Second or more PRISON!!!!!!!

I have been told that in Florida (where I live) that anything more than a year or 2 sentence and they are sent to prison. But, I can't be quoted to that.

Some people have been lucky enough that the state didn't press formal charges within 21 days and they don't get anything.
