What is the minimum study to go out from a country as studnet?

I am Indian and doing my CA and B.com. I wish to go out side the INDIA. Can I go out the INDIA with out completing my Graduation and completing my CA as management student? If yes, just let me the process.

friend finish your bcom and  then apply for mba in foreign universities that is the best bet.

I thing you should complete degree course before go to abroad.otherwise you shold contact with any forgien consultancy for better advise

Yes you surely can. The minimum requirement for going abroad to study is generally, high school level education. Which may be either A Level, Plus Two, or PCL in India.
