What is the minimum value you can put on a VISA credit card.?

yeah, i want to know what the minimum possible i can get on a VISA is, i want to get one for online spending but i dont want anyone who steals my number being able to rack up a huge debt.

If you are refering to the minimum purchase you can make, there is generally no minimum.
