  1. Geez, i don't know if it's legal to work for your age ;-)

  2. As much as that Nike sweatshop is willing to pay.

  3. Australia may be very different, but I can tell you what the laws are in America.  While I know that won't directly help you, it might help you ask more specific questions to get the answer you are looking for...

In America if you are under 16 years of age you must first obtain a work permit.  Then you are limited to the number of hours you can work.  This is what can present a problem...  In America minimum wage only applies to those that work a certain number of hours per week.  If you are not working at least that many hours you can be paid less than minimum wage.  While it is rare that a business would do this, it does happen from time to time.

I would make sure that Austrailia does not have similiar laws before accepting any one answer.

  4. Nothing,,,i think it is illigal to hire a minor worldwide and that is a unicef recommandation accepted in all the world

  5. In Australia you have to be 14 years and 9 months old to work. Before applying for work, you should apply for a Tax File Number from the ATO http://www.ato.gov.au/

I don't think there is a limit on working hours, however practically speaking you must work around school hours.

You won't be taxed unless you earn more than $6000.

I had some difficulty finding the exact amount, but I think it's about:

    14 years: $5.00/hour

    15 years: $6.30

    17 years: $7.60

    18 years: $8.90

    19 years: $10.10

    20 years: $11.40

    21 years: $12.70

This includes holiday and sick pay.
