What is the minimum wage in Florida?

Just got my first job at Subway, I'm starting today in about 2 hours. Just wondering how much I'll be getting paid, and what is the min wage in Florida?

You are starting job today, and they didn't tell you what you'll be paid?  You could have asked them when you accepted the job, but they should have told you.  You should still ask them.

Assume you'll get minimum wage - that's $6.79 an hour.  Tipped employees can be paid $3.77 per hour if their tips plus their hourly wages add up to the minimum.
