What is the minimum width of a 2 way street in Canada??

the street going to my house is supposed to be a 2 way street because many other people live on that street too, its a rather new housing community its about 10-8 years old, where the street runs 4 about 2 kms with houses on both sides, but its barely big enough to fit 1 car, i was hoping to know the minimum width of a 2 way road in canada or atleast where i could find out, any house would be awsome!
