What is the mirasierra in Madrid? Is it a good quarter, maybe the best of the city?

Mirasierra is actually a small mountain range.  And a small rather affluent neighborhood in Madrid "stole" the name.  The "best" is such a relative term.  The most expensive, it is not.  The most well-communicated to public transportation, it is not.  Least crime, I doubt it.

The name means view the mountains.  I believe everything that Torrejon gives is probably most accurate.
