What is the model number/name of this masterlock?

we use these at the office, some are breaking. I need to buy new ones aaand i need to learn how to change the combinations if possible, we dont even know the combination to the one im showing. any help?

Ask the janitor at the school, they use these on locker, or look up locks for locker at the masterlock.com
