The most eaten in one sitting was a record breaking 7 by Elijah Billings who weighs 340. Lets just say if he was a girl no mini skirts for u!!

I ate 2 once so I guess I'm not gonna get best answer lol.

But I saw on the travel channel that there is a guy that eats one everyday. He tried it in the eighties and has had one everyday since. He said his friends gave him $5 to eat a whopper, he took the $5 and got two big macs lol. The link is below
