  2. probably Cheddar.... unless you're in Italy.  Then it's probably Parmesan,Provolone or Mozzarella

  3. Not Brie, sorry, I couldn't resist!  No pun intended,LOL!  I think somewhere recently I read it was Cheddar.

  5. Cheddar, but actually it seems that it's the most abundant is american (if you can call that cheese)
