  1. I can sit and watch The Weather Channel or I could download Weatherbug; but, by far, the most reliable and accurate forecasts, are at www.weather.gov. The info is straight-forward, no-nonsense. There is no advertising sidebar, nor annoying pop-ups. A big plus is the Java-based customizable radar image I can zoom in on. The website I frequent offers updates to your cell phone.

    Hope this helps.

  2. http://www.weather.com

  3. Use the National Weather Service.  http://www.weather.gov

For the Storm Prediction Center. http://www.spc.noaa.gov

  4. Here is a good list...

    National Weather Service: http://www.nws.noaa.gov/

    Storm Prediction Center: http://www.spc.noaa.gov/

    National Hurricane Center: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/

    Climate Prediction Center: http://www.cpc.noaa.gov/index.php

    Hydrometeorological Prediction Center: http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/
