It's not the most I've won, but once I was playing three card poker in Shreveport. I got five three of a kinds in less than five hours (a feat hard to accomplish) and walked out with a 1200 dollar profit.

On Friday  night I won $1800 playing Stickin' Riches penny slot machine at the Borgata in AC.  The machine has 100 lines and I was playing $4.00 per spin (4 cents  per line).  That win came after an initial investment of $100.00.
