Several cities such as Nemuro, Kushiro and Wakkanai in Hokkaido are more humid than other cities in Japan except small island on Pacific sea.

Tokyo is on the contrary less humid city but it fluctuates every month and year always.

Kagoshima or Fukuoka are probably the most humid cities, while Asahikawa in Hokkaido is the driest... at least in summer.

But in winter the most humid city is Aomori, while the driest is Tokyo.
