What is the most beautiful beach in Puerto Vallarta that can be accessed by a Carnival Cruise port?

right at the port is a small tourist trap at the back of this there are stairs leading down to the beach....a 5 min walk from the ship.....it is a beautiful beach

How much time do you have? All the beaches in PV are developed with restaurants, beach vendors, etc.

Option 1: You can get onto the beach from the port and just start walking and exploring.  The hotels and resorts line the beaches there and some are nice.

Option 2:  Take a taxi or bus to Playa Los Muertos in the Romantic Zone, 20 minutes.  There are many nice restaurants and shops along the beach.  It's a fun area.  

Option 3:  Take a tour to a beach or beaches outside of Vallarta with little to non development.  Contact Pedro at [e-mail].  He is a native and knows where some of the best beaches are.  He has his own private touring business and could pick you up at the port and show you around.  He's a great guy and fun.  Tell him PnPadventures sent you.  Have fun.

No, Please do not go to the beaches close to the port, they are not crystal clear because of all the oil and river coming from the port to the surroundings.

Just take a taxi and ask the driver to take you to Playas Gemelas.  Beautiful beach, crystal clear water, white sand and they have a restaurant next door facing the beach.

To go back just go upstairs and take a taxi back to the port.
