What is the most beautiful horse breed to you?

I'd say Appaloosa since they're spots are so different. :)

I absolutely LOVE dapple-gray Andalusians!

I love how their tails and manes are wavy

I love how they have beautiful conformation (perfect for dressage)

I love how they arch their neck

To me they are like the word 'Beautiful' but without and letters :)

But if I had to pick a horse for certain catagories...

The prettiest breed  based on their coat color-

Appaloosas and Knabstrups (I like the unique spots)

The prettiest draft/heavy breed-

Gypsy Vanners (I love the wavy mane/tail and the long feathered look) Friesians are also heavy/draft type horses, but are being introduced to dressage now these days.

The prettiest dressage breed-

Andalusians and Freisians (I absolutely love an arched neck and wavy mane and tails)

The prettiest racing breed-

Thoroughbreds, what else? (I like how when they race, it really looks like they put their soul into it)

The prettiest jumping breed-

Connemaras. (I love how when they jump they still look adorable/graceful. I also love their head structure)

That about sums it up for me!

Apps and Morgans are great but I have to say I really like the Spanish Barbs, I don't have one I own a  quarter horse but the Barbs just do it for me!

I absolutely love Hanoverians, they are really pretty and great movers.

Appaloosas are my second favorite because I love their blankets.

Oh, I can't just chose one. I think they are all beautiful in their own way. I don't think there is one breed I don't find to be beautiful actually. Some that I can say really stand out to me are Fresians, Gypsy Vanners and Morgans.

Based on looks alone? Definitely friesians!

I agree with the person before me, they look like they are right out of fairy tail. They have the most beutiful, flowing manes, tails, forelocks and feathers. As well as unrivaled jet black coats.

Plus they make excellent carriage horses and riding mounts.

I would give to be able to own one.
