My friend, not boyfriend, was just charged with 2nd of an unconcious vic (felony C), and as well as disorderly conduct with a domestic enhancer (misd A) and, and bail jumping (misd A). All in Wisconsin within 2 days. He keeps asking me what to expect...he confessed to the rape...I know...no lawyer at questioning...really smart. Whata ya think?

  1. How are you around him?

    Hiding your"friend" out.

    Like people who rape others?

Prison baby, so tell him good-luck with Bubba!

Maybe someone will show him what it is like to rape others.

Plus the cons will hate him.

He will be forced to do his time in lock up to protect him.

    Jail time!

  2. Sounds like you need a new friend.

2nd degree sexual assault in Wisconsin is defined as having intercourse with someone between the ages of 13 and 16.

Is this person a child molester? If so he should get the max.

If not he should still get the max as you stated the vic was unconcious.

I don't know what I'm ranting about. However the rape was comitted, he will get twice as bad when those big ol' prison inmates turn him into their girlfriend

Here is the info you asked for

I will not give the website because I do not want to help anyone who has s*x with someone who is unconcious.

    THAT IS RAPE-PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Second degree sexual assault in Wisconsin

    Class C Felony

Up to 40 years imprisonment (Maximum)

Fines up to $100,000 (can be in addition to prison)

Additional 2-6 years for repeat offender

    s*x Offender Registration

    Lifetime Supervision

    Probation

Disorderly conduct with a domestic enhancer

Can include a fine of up to $1,000, jail time for up to 90 days, or both

In addition to the penalties available to the courts for a disorderly conduct charge as noted just above, a domestic disorderly conduct conviction will strip the convicted person of his or her right to bear arms, hunt, use or possess a handgun, shotgun, rifle, or other type of firearm.

Don't know about the jumping bail part. Is he hiding with you?

I hope not cuz you're gonna be in there with him.

    Run Johnny Run!

Run to Texas so we can show you what we do with rapists. They might never GET to court.

  3. As to the confession - it could be tossed out if it violated his miranda rights.  Not all questions must be made with a lawyer present or after a knowing and volunary waiver of his right to silence has been made. However, the rule is still the rule that interrogations made while in custody musty be preceded by a knowing and voluntary waiver or any evidence discolosed will be suppresed.

If you're friend has a bail jumping charge, that means his problems are extensive - he's failed to report to court on either this case or an earlier one, and the judge will easily remand him pendin the end of the case.

  4. Prison!  And no lawyer should be able to get him off!!!

  5. He will be getting prison time.  Minimum sentence is a "year and a day" in prison, in addition to probation/parole, fines, and being a registered s*x offender.

  6. I wonder why you put yourself at risk by being around him at all. A rapist is not someone I would want my sister to be freinds with.
