What is the most common womens pant/dress size in the US?

Hi I'm thinking of designing and importing clothing. I don't know what the most common pant and dress sizes are for women in their early 20's to mid 30's is.

I would really appreciate it if women in this age range can answer so I can get a good idea of what sizes I need to order.
