  1. The best way to answer this question is to go to baseball-reference.com and go to the teams section.  It lists each team and you can click on them to get yearly records and finish.  I went through all the teams and the longest streak I saw was 8 seasons by four different teams:

    Atlanta Braves - 1959 - 1966

    Chicago Whitesox - 1960 - 1967

    San Francisco Giants - 1963 - 1970

    I think there was one other team but I've lost them now.
