cheap mods i would go with a cold air kit and some E3 plugs, they are some of the best on the market they really do make a big difference

Exhaust.  Get a high flow cat and a performance muffler.  Remember, noise does not equal power, so research a good flowing muffler.  K&N and cold air intakes do very little for performance.

ok to the dipshit that said nitrous, you need a built bottom end so you can run nitrous on a car so you wont blow the engine.  This isnt need for speed.  Cheap mods are obviously gonna be exhaust and intake.  but what kind of 4-cylinder... what car????

yea, for an accord i would start with the easy mods.  Exhaust, Header, Intake, Spark plugs, Wires, blah blah. here are some sites that are the THE best.  bottom line cheapest prices!

the best and most effective way it to do the exhaust and a good cold air intake,to start with then go with other things there's computer chips that also help with gaining power,and their not to expensive,good luck.
