Actually, it was 1967. The Yankees had a game at which fewer than 1,000 people came. The pictures looked pretty bad. That's the emptiest I have ever seen. The Expos come in a close 2nd.

Most crowded been to: I was at game 1 of the ALDS in 2005 at USCF. Every seat was taken, several Red Sox fans even called security to assist them in leaving after they were jerks to several people.

Least crowded that I was at: I was at Chunichi Stadium playing a 10 AM game (needed for TV.) When we started there were more people in the dugouts than in the stands.

Crowded: Safeco during the Mariners great seasons

Emptiest: Oakland in 1998. Attendance about 6,000

It's interesting that someone says Nationals Park - I saw one game there but it was against the Orioles so it was a near sellout. It was crowded but it's such a nice new stadium you don't really notice.

Crowded: Wrigley, Fenway, or Yankee Stadium

Empty: Hands down Dolphin Stadium of the Marlins, it's pathetic.

Probably Red Sox and White Sox and Yankees and any other teams that are rich have a huge fan base. I've seen a Marlins staium pretty much empty once on ESPN, they doon't have many fans showing up normally.

Most crowded=Yankee Stadium & Fenway Park. Emptiest=Orange Bowl home of the Marlins.

Yankee Stadium is always crowed because it's the last season and everyone wants to go for the last time. The emptiest is Dolphin Stadium, It's so quiet when I watch the Mets play them in Florida, sounds like a hallway and everything echos.

The least crowded was Olympic Stadium in 2004, the place was just dead.
