I'm in a situation where I really need to get some food into me first thing in the morning (very physical job where it's 4 hours before my first break) but eating, well, almost anything before I've been up for a few hours causes massive intestinal pain and cramping. I can't get up earlier because work already starts at 4am, so I'm looking for some sort of Boost/Ensure type drink that I could sip on my way to work and get some calories while hopefully not activating the "kill me" switch in my GI tract.
Any advice from those with sensitive stomaches or similar experiences on a good brand or alternate idea?
