  1. The top four pitches are 4 Seam FB, Changeup, Slider, Curveball.

4 Seam FB- The most basic pitch in baseball, 88-95 MPH is the usual range. This pitch basically goes straight and the only way to get it past any hitter is if you have a good velocity.

Changeup- Its an offspeed pitch, when coming out of the pitchers hand, it looks like a Fastball, but is usually a lot slower at 78-85 MPH and also has a slight downward movement.

Curveball - One of the most effective strikeout pitches, has a sharp break which means it has a lot of downward movement therefore upsetting the timing for a lot of hitters.

Slider - Similar to a curveball, but is usually a bit faster and has a sideward movement instead of a downward movement.
