crest white strips... they worked on me and i am a diet pepsi drinker and i use the white strips and you would never know that i drink pop!

after reading all the above, i will tell you that i use a variety of things and i am always getting complements on my teeth. i brush daily, use the whitening mouth-wash and crest strips. i do take vitamins, not sure why the other guy suggested that but i will inform you of that.

Personally i think that most effective teeth whitener is opalescence. Its a professional tooth whitener. In order to get this you can go to your dentist but that cost like over a hundred dollars. But what i did is i went to amazon.com and i bought the 20% kind for about 20 dollars. Then you can buy whitening tray for like 10 dollars. This teeth whitener is fantastic and it doesnt cause tooth sensitivity at least for me but all people are different. O ya and get the opalescence toothpaste.
