  1. Weight Training!

    Strength is built on 2-6 reps but muscle AND strength is 8-14 reps!

    Do:

    Deadlifts-Back/Legs

    Squats-Legs/Back

    Bent Over Row-Back,Biceps

    Bench Press- Chest,Shoulders,Triceps

    Shoulder Press-Shoulders

    For power (mass/strength x speed) 6 reps minimum,8-14 reps preferable:

    Punch Bag

    Clean and Press

    Clapping Push Ups

    Jump Squats

    For endurance and functional strength do:

    Lunges

    Push Ups

    Chin Ups

    Pull Ups

    Sit Up with Twist

    Heavy Punch Bag

    Farmer's Walk (walk with heavy dumbbells in each hand)

    Crucifix (hold dumbbells out to the side for as long as possible)

    Do 4 sets for each exercise-no need to do all these exercises on one day-try on different days,do them in different order,alternate days. If your bodypart is weak do 5 sets, if it's strong do 3 sets. Do 1 set to warm up.
