  1. Punch the h**l out of an old pillow, do some high impact exercise or put on a song you like really loud and sing at the top of your voice. Usually works for me!!

  2. Cry. Like, for a few hours.

    It works wonders for me.

  3. Throwing eggs off a tall balconey always helps me!

  4. Stop thinking about what made you angry by doing something fun/enjoyable.  Whatever that may be to you.

  5. Go running

  6. By doing something physical, that takes strength and endurance.  Just wear yourself out.

My mother used to scrub the kitchen floor on her hands and knees, with a scrub brush, when she was angry.  If she was still angry, she paste waxed the floor, then ran the buffer over it until it was like a mirror.  This is completely practical; you can vent your anger and have something good to show for it.

  7. buy a punch bag and give it some in the garage!

  8. Kicking the war criminals in the balls works for me.

    Regards.

  9. exercise is great for it, join a martial arts class. they teach you better ways to deal with it and soon your anger wont be an issue.

  10. Don't hold back. Use your aggression, show no mercy.

    lol

  11. Depends on the situation; for releasing anger lots of people have different techniques

-beating up your pillow/screaming in your pillow (which I honestly find un-effective but my aunt does it alot so *shrugs*)

-crying/talking to someone/ranting to friends (good if you've got someone who'll listen for hours)

-singing song with high notes (a some-what stable method for everyone)

-make something, get your hands busy, try painting or model-making, even sports

All in all, my advise is get your angry energy and use it for other things, sports is possible but forewarned, people tend to get carried away in contact sports like football. Creative activity is good too,  you feel satisfied at the end. Singing under your breath (usually a familiar tune with a good feel to it) is a good idea too.

Don't try counting to ten and back, believe me, it doesn't work. Just get yourself busy with something

    ^^ hope I helped

P.S: Oops forgot, turning up the radio to a fav song and dancing your fury away is a method my cousin uses a lot.
